Arduino Update

Improved Position Sync
    -added error handling for null and high values
Established limits on Arduino for max travel
    -high speed slows when approaching zero and max travel 
    -stops at zero and max travel
    -error message if entered goto value exceed maximum travel
Fixed display pulsing
    -clears only when number of digits changes
    -Removed speed display
Improved keypad entry timing
