Major Arduino Improvements

Stored positions now use EEPROM

    -no need to re-enter after power cycle

Increased motor torque

    -uses a standby function so enable stays on until no movement for 1 second

Setup Menu (press #,#)

    -adjust backlight w/ rotary encoder

    -set maximum travel (stored in EEPROM)

    -set high speed rate

    -manual LCD display
